Maria João Filgueiras Rauch
Graduated in Engineering from the UP Faculty of Engineering and certified in the development of Social Policies from Hull University. She began her professional life in the area of technical development of human resources. In his 40-year career, she worked on public policies (design, development and implementation) for Employment, Professional Training and Social Development and integrated local development based on participatory governance systems.
