Lawyer by the Portuguese Bar Association. Member of the Advisory Board of IPDAL – Institute for the Promotion of Latin America and the Caribbean. President of UMPP – Union for Change and Progress of Príncipe. Member of the Council of State inherent to his duties. Member of the Council of the Superior Council for National Defense inherent to duties. In June 2021, he was distinguished by Africa Shapers magazine as one of the 100 most influential personalities in Portuguese-speaking Africa.In 2022, he was classified in Bantumen magazine’s PowerList as one of the 100 most influential black personalities in Lusofonia. In 2023, he won Mérito Lusófono Award at the Lusofonia Awards Gala.
