Former Secretary of State of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 2011, where he also obtained a master’s degree in History of Law (Roman Law), in 2015. He is currently developing his doctoral dissertation in Roman Law at the same University.
