Ana Fernandes

With more than 25 years of experience, she operates in the area in more than 12 countries. Previously, she was Head of Foresight and Policy Reform Unit in the OECD Development Cooperation Directorate. Ana Fernandes has held senior positions as Portuguese Advisor to the OECD, Vice- Chair of the Development Assistance Committee and Co-Chair of the Advisory Group on Investment and Development. She was also a senior advisor to the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation for the Development of Portugal. Guest professor at several Universities in Portugal, namely ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and Faculdade de Economia e Gestão de Lisboa, she has contributed to several publications.
